Since the first cases in Kosovo, nearly 66 thousand people have been infected with Covid-19
The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo has announced that during the last 24 hours, a total of 2,833 samples taken from the UCHSK and tracking of case contacts in the field have been tested, of which 292 cases resulted positive. According to the institute, within 24 hours 3 deaths were reported with SARS CoV-2 positive.
Death cases are from the municipalities: Ferizaj 1 case (84 years old), Gjilan 1 case (75 years old) and Rahovec 1 case (83 years old). The total number of positive cases is 65,982 out of 282,904 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2, whuile the total number of deaths is 1,571. During the last 24 hours, 556 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 57,941 cases, while the number of active cases is 6,470.
