Acting President Vjosa Osmani addressed the Kosovo Security Force units on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence. Osmani said that the freedom and independence of Kosovo would be just a dream without the work and sacrifice of the historic president, Ibrahim Rugova and the legendary commander, Adem Jashari. She also thanked the partner countries that have helped the liberation and state building of Kosovo.
