The incumbent president, Vjosa Osmani, honored the martyrs of the homeland by paying homage at the "Mother Albania" memorial in Tirana. Previously, Osmani met with the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, Gramoz Ruci, while at 12:30 she will deliver a speech in front of the deputies of the Albanian Parliament. Osmani's second day in Albania will end with a meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
