Albania, Northern Macedonia and Serbia have signed a regional cooperation agreement, which have been given a new name "Open Balkans". The leaders of the three countries signed in Skopje, within the Economic Forum for Regional Cooperation. An agreement on cooperation in dealing with natural disasters, memoranda of cooperation to facilitate imports and exports and movement of goods, movement for the free market and residence permits, are the issues on which the leaders of the three countries have agreed today. Politicians in Kosovo have consistently opposed the regional initiative known as the minischengen.
