The legendary captain of the Albanian national team, Lorik Cana, has supported the request of the Center "Genocide in Kosovo - Open Wound" that the poppy flower with four petals becomes a symbol of commemoration of the victims of the genocide in Kosovo.

Cana has made this known on the social network Facebook, writes the "genocide in Kove - Open Wound" Center.

"I support the initiative of the Center 'Genocide in Kosovo - Open Wound' that the poppy flower with four petals be transformed into a symbol of commemoration of the victims of the genocide", he wrote.

The "Genocide in Kosovo - Open Wound" center has expressed its gratitude to Captain Lorik Cana for the important support he has given to Poppy.

"It is grateful to him for everything he has done to affirm our nation in the world," wrote the Center.
