The citizens of Kosovo today decide on the future mayors and their representatives in the Municipal Assemblies. For these local elections, 1,885,448 people have the right to vote, while today 883 polling stations are opened. Meanwhile, 89 political entities have been certified in the Central Election Commission, of which are: 32 political parties, 1 coalition, 33 civic initiatives and 23 independent candidates. The total number of certified candidates for participation in the Local Elections of October 17 is 5 thousand 364 candidates, of which 166 candidates for mayors and 5 thousand 198 candidates for Municipal Assemblies...
