The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against three defendants D.G., V.K., and Rr.S. for the criminal offense of abuse of official position or authority and unlawful deprivation of liberty. The Prosecution notifies that the indictment was filed because the well-founded suspicion was substantiated, that the defendants D.G., V.K., have committed the criminal offense of abuse of official position or authority. Meanwhile, the defendant Rr.S., committed the criminal offenses of abuse of official position or authority and unlawful deprivation of liberty. The Special Prosecution in the indictment has proposed that after administering all the evidence in the main trial, the defendants be found guilty of the criminal offenses charged against them and sentenced according to law.
