With the launch of the campaign for the regular parliamentary elections on February 9th, the Coalition for a Victorious Kosovo paid homage today at the “Adem Jashari” Memorial Complex in the legendary Prekaz.
The candidate for prime minister, at the same time the chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said that “Prekaz is our oath for the state and homeland”, while adding that from there, with the vote of the citizens, they will continue for a victorious Kosovo.
"We are in Prekaz. Prekaz unites us. Prekaz is our oath for the state and homeland. For freedom and for democracy. From here we leave for the Kosovo parliament on February 9, with the vote of the citizens, to continue for a victorious Kosovo, a member of NATO, economically developed and equal to the most developed countries", said Haradinaj.
Haradinaj, along with the leader of the Social Democratic Initiative, Fatmir Limaj, and other candidates for MPs, visited the Jashari family cemetery.
After paying homage, Limaj said that they symbolically started the campaign from Prekaz, where the foundations of freedom and the state of Kosovo originate.
