The President of the United States of America, Joseph Biden, in a congratulatory letter to the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, on the occasion of Serbia's Citizenship Day, asked him to reach a comprehensive Kosovo-Serbia agreement, which will focus on mutual recognition. This request of Biden was welcomed by the acting chairman of the PDK, the candidate for Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj, who thanked the US President, Joe Biden, for the letter he sent to Vucic, asking him to recognize Kosovo's independence. Through Twitter, Hoxhaj said that this is a very important development as the Western Balkans can move forward on its path to European integration only when all disputes are resolved.
