​Hoti pledges regular financial support to homeless shelters for abused women and children

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, held a meeting today with the representatives of the Kosovo Shelter Network, with whom he talked about the working conditions in these institutions that are put in protection of victims of violence. Hoti pledged that through the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, all possibilities will be reviewed to reach a systematic long-term solution to the issue of financing these centers where victims of domestic violence, who are mainly women and children, find shelter but also, other forms of violence and trafficking. He expressed gratitude and thanks for the work of the shelters and offered the government's support in the protection and re-socialization of victims of violence, ensuring full confidentiality of their identity.
