Incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti said Kosovo is the only country in the Balkans that has signed an investment promotion agreement with the United States. This agreement has entered into force and on Monday I invited businesses to inform them about the opportunities offered by this agreement for investment financing, risk insurance, grants for technical assistance, etc, said Hoti.
