The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo, Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, welcomed the letter sent by the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, to the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vuiqiiq, through which he requested a mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. The Kosovar Foreign Minister considers this as an achievement of Kosovo's unwavering position to conclude the final dialogue with Serbia with unconditional recognition of Kosovo's independence, respecting the unchanging principles of unitary character, territorial integrity and constitutional order.
