The Specialized Chambers and the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor of Kosovo today will hold the next conference against the leaders of the Organization of KLA War Veterans. According to the calendar published on the official website, the president of the Organization of War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Hysni Gucati, and the vice president of the organization, Nasim Haradinaj, will appear before the Special Court in The Hague at 15:00. On December 11, 2020, the Pre-Trial Judge of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo confirmed the indictment filed on October 30, 2020 by the Specialized Prosecutor against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj for criminal offenses against the administration of justice, specifically for obstructing officials in the performance of official duties, intimidation of witnesses, retaliation and breach of confidentiality.
