Eight deaths and 534 new cases of COVID-19 in Kosovo

During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with RT-PCR method, as well as in public and private laboratories with RAT method, were tested a total of 3,649 samples taken from UHCSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 553 cases resulted positive. The total number of positive cases is 78,380 cases out of 362,186 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,723. During the last 24 hours, 534 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 65,594 cases, while the number of active cases is 11,063.
