The German organization, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in partnership with the European Institute of Peace (EIP) has published a draft statute of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo. In which case it was said that the draft was drawn up in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
