In the north of Mitrovica, all polling stations opened on time. The chairman of the Municipal Election Commission for North Mitrovica, Slobodan Dimitrijevic, told KosovaPress that there were no problems and that everything went well with the opening of the polling stations. He said that the citizens there will vote with valid Kosovo documents.
