The network of non-governmental organizations "Democracy in Action" has announced that 37.3 percent of citizens nationwide have exercised their right to vote. The region of Prishtina and Ferizaj have the highest percentage of turnout, while the region of Prizren is not the same. At the next conference, Eugent Cakolli from DiA said that until 16:00 there was a slight increase in the phenomenon of taking pictures of the ballots, such a thing was recorded in 5 percent of cases. He added that in a polling station in Skenderaj there was a clash between the Vetevendosje and PDK activists, and the Kosovo Police is dealing with the case. Cakolli added that in about 70 percent of polling stations there was partial or no implementation of the measures to prevent COVID-19. As of 16:00, in 35 per cent of polling stations no difficulties were reported in finding the name on the ballot. However, in about 50 percent of polling stations, about 10 cases have been identified that have encountered these difficulties. Over 60 percent of polling stations were reported by assisted voting.
