Mayor Ramosaj also asks the Government of Kosovo to focus on economic development, so that the citizens of Deçan can be motivated and hope that they can live in this country, and that migration is not an alternative.
Despite these problems, he adds that the year 2023 has been successful for the Municipality of Deçan.
Mayor Ramosaj, while saying that a large part of the projects were realized during 2023, considers that the collective contract remains problematic for the budget of this municipality, for which he says that this burden that the municipalities are suffering should be removed.Ramosaj adds that the planned budget for capital expenditures for the previous year has been spent entirely. While expressing his dissatisfaction with the allocation of the budget for this year, according to him, this allocation is small in relation to the requirements of this municipality.
Among other things, while commenting on next year's budget, Ramosaj estimates that there is a lack of budget support to create a standard for well-being.
On the other hand, he considers that despite the slow pace, this city will be the most important tourist destination in the country.
