All the cameras were activated on time in the voting centers in Leposaviq, said the representatives of the Municipal Election Commission from this municipality. They have not provided information on the number of voters so far who have voted for or against the removal of the president.

18 polling stations in Leposaviq have been merged into eight.

Zoran Stojanovic, head of the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) in Leposavic, said that everything is going according to plan, but claims that some voting centers have had problems due to technical reasons.

At 11:00 am, the first data on voter turnout will be published.

The assistant to the chairman of the MEC, Selim Mehmeti, said that all the cameras were activated on time in Leposaviq.

He added that they do not have information on whether the problem with electricity continues in the voting centers in Koshtova.

The number of citizens in Leposaviq with the right to vote is over 13,000, in eight polling stations. The largest party of Serbs in Kosovo, which is supported by Belgrade, has called for a boycott of these elections. In order to dismiss the mayors, at least 50 percent plus one voter with the right to vote, in each of the four municipalities in the north of Kosovo.
