Better working conditions, advancement in the profession and higher salary have pushed the orthopedist, Alban Blakaj to decide to continue his professional journey away from Kosovo. He has secured a job in Graz, Austria with better conditions and a better salary, so he has decided to leave the Kosovar health system. According to the Kosovo Chamber of Physicians, within the first 3 months of this year, 62 doctors from different fields left Kosovo.
Blakaj, told KosovaPress that within a few months he is expected to start specialization education at the Graz hospital in Austria as he has already obtained a German visa. This doctor, who currently works in a private hospital, although he had won the right to specialize with self-financing at UCCK says that he was forced to give up education.
