Voting begins for the election of a member of the RTK Board
In continuation of the plenary session, the Assembly of Kosovo has formed the Voting Committee for the election of a new member of the Board of Radio and Television of Kosovo, from the Albanian community.
On behalf of the ad-hoc Committee, MP Albana Bytyqi, has recommended to the assembly to appoint a member of the Kosovo Radio and Television Board from among the Albanian community by secret ballot.
For a position of a member of the Board from among the Albanian community, Bytyqi said that only two candidates are proposed according to the scoring results as follows: Mehmet Kalisi and Besnik Aliu.
After the formation of this Committee, the MPs started voting by secret procedure for the election of a member to the RTK Board.
