The Venice Commission has given the green light to start the vetting process and to formalize the work for the State Bureau for the confiscation of unjustifiable property. The decision was taken at yesterday's session and was announced today by the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, who held a joint press conference with Prime Minister Kurti.

Haxhiu, who returned to Kosovo today after attending a meeting of the Venice Commission, said that the draft opinion on vetting, which is soon expected to be made public, states the urgent need for justice reform and is recommended taking action on the necessary legal and constitutional changes in order to achieve the intended result for a judiciary with a professional and efficient integrity...
