The Chairwoman of the Special Court, Ekatarina Trendafilova, said that this court will function until the completion of all investigative procedures, for which, the Republic of Kosovo will be informed by the Council of Europe. At a conference held in Prishtina, the head of the Specialist Chambers said that they are focused on witness protection, adding that she is not aware of whether the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office plans to file indictments against other persons.
Trendafilova did not say whether new indictments will be filed against other people, stressing that this is a matter of the prosecution...
