The Special Court tomorrow will announce the first trial judgement since it was established six years ago. The decision will be taken for the former heads of the KLA War Veterans Association, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, who have been in detention since September 2020. Experts on justice issues find this court ineffective, while the leaders of the KLA War Veterans Association await a verdict of acquittal for their accomplices.

Gucati and Haradinaj are charged with criminal offenses against the administration of justice, namely for obstructing officials in the performance of official duties, for intimidating witnesses, for revenge and for violating the secrecy of the procedure...
