On the eve of the declaration of the Independence of Kosovo, a citizen of Albania decided to name his nephew Wesley Clark, as a sign of respect for the sacrifice of the American general in the liberation of Kosovo.

Wesley Clark Morina, who is now 16 years old, is proud of the name he has, for which he says that the retired American general, Clark, had a key role in the liberation of Kosovo.

In addition, Wesley Clark Morina hopes to elevate this name with good deeds in the future.

In an interview for KosovaPress, the young Clark says that there are people who did not know about this name, but when they read about it, they were amazed by his contribution to Kosovo.

In a period when many people try to preserve important memories and values through traditions and symbols, this boy's name is a heartfelt attempt to keep alive the memory of sacrifices and the contribution of international aid to the development of Kosovo.

Meanwhile, two Kosovars have the name of the former general of the NATO armed forces, Wesley Clark.

Wesley Clark is a retired American general who is already a name in the history of humanitarian warfare. He led NATO's bombing of Yugoslav military and police units, which resulted in the capitulation of former dictator Slobodan Milosevic, who was forced to sign a technical military agreement in Kumanova to allow NATO peacekeepers to enter Kosovo. General Clark is considered a hero by the people of Kosovo. /Z. Zeneli/
