The trial against Gucati and Haradinaj, the defense cross-examines two SPO witnesses
Zdenka Pumper and Miro Jukic, both employees of the Specialist Prosecutor's Office, were again invited to testify before the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague. Their appearance at the trial against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj comes after the trial panel approved the request of Gucati's defense to ask additional questions to these two witnesses. But, by order of the trial panel, the hearing is being held closed to the public.
