Serbian List MP, Igor Simic, said that they do not support Albin Kurti for prime minister, while warning that they will appeal to the Constitutional Court as the latter has not given two ministries to the Serb minority.

At the session where the Kurti Government 2 will be voted, Simic said that in this way Kurti is 'violating' their right for two ministries, which, according to him, belong to them from the result of the February 14 elections. He said that the nominee for Prime Minister, Albin Kurti is violating the Constitution of Kosovo.
