After two years of renovations worth 2.5 million euros, the preschool institution "Xixëllonjat" was inaugurated in the Pejton neighborhood, with a capacity for 250 children.

The mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, together with the vice-mayor, Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu, participated in this inauguration ceremony.

Rama emphasized that by creating good conditions, children are enabled to learn and be educated.

He said that the inauguration of the renovation of this institution is an achievement for this part of Prishtina, as according to him this helps parents to work more freely.

Rama indicated that five preschool institutions are under renovation.

The mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, said that he considers the development of the educational level as key to the transformation of the capital.

The Director of Education in Prishtina, Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu, emphasized that the renovation of the "Xixëllonjat" facility is evidence that the capital pays attention to children and teachers.

She added that Prishtina deserves this magnificent kindergarden.

Meanwhile, on behalf of the parents and grandparents, Musli Aliu said that they are lucky to have raised and educated their children in this preschool institution.
