The constructions in the area around the lake of Batllava have become the main issue in Podujevo and it was claimed that it became a problem in the relations between the mayor of this municipality, Shpejtim Bulliqi, and the former director of the Inspection, Besnik Mulliqi, who has already been dismissed. Mulliqi claimed that his dismissal came after the demolition action in the village of Orllan, at the Batllava lake area. Even during public appearances, he said that Bulliqi had asked him to allow the illegal constructions in the center of the city of Podujeva and not to start the demolition of the constructions in Orllan. The Prosecutor's Office of Pristina has confirmed to the media that they are already examining all the claims of former director Mulliqi.
