The Special Prosecution has confirmed that an action is taking place in the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure (MESPI), where two people are suspected of misuse of official duties.

In a written response from the prosecution, it is said that they are accused of money laundering, among other things.

"Regarding the case you asked about, I inform you that by order of the Special Prosecution of Kosovo, an action is underway in the MESPI. There are two people suspected of committing the criminal offense related to the misuse of official duties under Article 414 of KPC, money laundering from Article 302 of the KPC and the criminal offense of non-reporting or false reporting of wealth, income, gifts, other material benefit or financial obligations, from Article 430, paragraph 2 of the KPC. After the end of the action, you will be informed about other details", reads the written response.
