Today in the Parliament of Albania, it was planned to review the draft budget for 2025 in principle.

But the speech of the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, was obstructed by the opposition who knocked on the tables during the presentation.

Despite this, Rama said that Albania's 2025 budget has good news for pensioners.

Rama: The government will release a fund of nearly 100 million euros for bonuses

"At the beginning of this speech for the 2025 draft budget, I want to convey to all the pensioners of Albania the good news that in the future the government will release a fund of nearly 100 million euros for their year-end bonus. It will be divided into two levels, all pensioners who have a pension up to 20 thousand lek, 200 euros, will receive 3 times the bonus that was until yesterday through a new bonus of 150 euros. While pensioners who have a pension greater than 20,000 Lek will receive double the bonus of previous years through a bonus of 100 euros. This difference between the first and the second is not made to give less to those who have a higher pension, but to give more to those who have a lower pension", said Rama...
