The complaint of the Association of Municipalities (AKM) regarding the Draft Law on Administrative Inspection has been received by the Institution of the ombudsperson. This complaint was filed on January 24 of this year. “The Institution of the ombudsperson based on article 21.1. of the Law on the ombudsperson, has reviewed the complaint of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities regarding the Draft Law on Administrative Inspection. The complaint was filed on 24 January 2022, regarding allegations of violations of fundamental human rights and freedoms or abuse by public authorities in the Draft Law on Administrative Inspection. Therefore, in accordance with Article 21.1.2. of the Law on the ombudsperson, decided that the complaint was admissible, for the investigation of possible alleged violations ", it is stated in the communique of the insitution of the ombudsperson.
