In order to avoid a lack of a quorum in the Assembly, as in the previous two legislatures, the next government is required to have a stable majority in the Assembly. Political experts consider that the executive, after the February 14 elections, should have no problems in passing laws, not even for the election of the president, where two-thirds of the MPs are needed.

Allen Meta from Democracy for Development (D4D) told KosovaPress that the next government should not have only a minimal majority in the Assembly, because, according to him, in the past, this has caused problems in the efficiency of parliamentary life.
