The Ministry of Administration and Local Government (MALG) has initiated seven cases in the respective courts against municipalities that have not respected human rights. The Law on Protection from Discrimination in Kosovo is not being implemented, and even the justice system and public administration do not even know how to implement the legislation in force. It is being said that the rush to pass laws is also causing problems in their implementation. While there are many cases of discrimination in Kosovo, the ofice of the Prime Minister said that they are working on identifying these cases and their support by relevant institutions. This was stated in the publication of the report by the Kosovo Center for Gender Studies (KCGS) and the Center for the Development of Social Groups (CSGD) on the topic "Protection from discrimination in Kosovo."
