The Kurti Government 2 is expected to be sworn in before members of the Kosovo Assembly by the end of this month. Vetëvendosje, which secured 58 seats, has started discussions with entities from non-Serb minority communities to secure the required 61 votes, although two MPs have already publicly expressed their readiness to vote for the new government.

The member of the Vetëvendosje leadership, Albulena Haxhiu, in an interview for KosovaPress, said that she believes that the acting president Vjosa Osmani will not waste time and will convene the first session of the eighth legislature and will also appoint the mandator for the formation of the Government, after VV proposal, and in this case will be Albin Kurti.
