The Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Albert Zogaj, has requested urgent amendments to the Law on Protection against Discrimination. According to him, there are difficulties in handling labor cases, as the judge of these cases is in a dilemma as to which law to deal with such cases. During the report to the Committee on Human Rights, he stated that the greatest chaos in these matters was caused by the Labor Inspectorate.
