The decision of the Government of Kosovo to establish new measures on illegal license plates and to extend the deadline until April 21 for the full re-registration of license plates to RKS, is being considered as a creative solution by the experts of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process.

The professor of international relations, Dritëro Arifi, told KosovaPress that the Government acted strategically, no longer insisting on the implementation of the decision on November 1, after the international request to postpone the deadline on license plates.
