"The human rights of people with disabilities are being violated"
People with disabilities in the country are facing prejudice, exclusion from the legal framework and human rights violations. The organizations that deal with the treatment of these persons have presented financial difficulties, expressing disappointment with the institutions of the country. The Ombudsperson himself, Naim Qelaj has stated that the difficulty in moving is discrimination. The latter during Thursday visited the association of paraplegics and paralysis of children of Kosovo-Handikos.
