The prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has written that a worrying report by the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights detailing the authoritarian right's power in Serbia, its spread of false propaganda about the alleged endangerment of Serbs in Kosova, and state-led discrimination against ethnic Albanians in Serbia:
