The government bans the use of TikTok in public institutions

The Government of Kosovo has made a decision to ban TikTok in public institutions. According to the executive, the ban on the use of this application is done with the aim of eliminating cyber risks.

The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Bardhyl Dobra, said at today's government meeting that all institutions are obliged to set the necessary technical restrictions for the ban on TikTok.

The government also approved the Employment Strategy in Kosovo 2024-2028. Minister Murati said that the aim is to increase employment with a special focus on women, young people and other vulnerable groups.

In addition, the executive also approved the State Anti-Drug Strategy 2024-2028.

Meanwhile, the green light was also given to the Administrative Instruction on fees for products, geodetic cadastral services, and property registration. /KosovaPress/
