A few days before the snap elections, the Government of Kosovo has reached an agreement with SBAShK on a collective contract, according to which, all teachers of pre-university education from 2023 will receive the 13th salary, based on performance.

This was announced by the incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti at a press conference where he said that they have agreed with SBAShK for two additional payments as a result of increasing the volume of work due to the pandemic.
