The German Government confirms continued support for the education sector

The situation in education and plans to develop this sector, especially in preparing young people for the labor market through career counseling, education, and vocational training, were the topic of discussion at the meeting of the Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, with the representative of the German Embassy in Kosovo, Anna Stege, and the representatives of GIZ Kosova from the project “Training for the labor market”.

In this meeting, they talked about the 3-year project worth 7.2 million euros, through which the two main partners MESTI and MFLT will be supported, focusing on career counseling, education, and vocational training, as well as measures related to labor market. According to a ministry announcement, special emphasis during the implementation of this project will have the support of relevant partners in advisory services in the processes for the necessary reforms at the policy level.
