Because the underground garage of the Palace of Justice has been transformed into a warehouse for assets seized by the Kosovo Police, mainly gambling equipment, since last year detainees and prisoners are being forced to use the main entrances of this facility for access to courtrooms.

Exposing them to the public and the media in that way is being considered contrary to the principle of protecting their data since, until there is a full court decision against them, the presumption of innocence applies.
