The news was made known by Arbër Elshani himself, who on Facebook explained the case in more detail, where he said, among other things, "Thank God, this accident passed with only bodily injuries", KosovaPress reports.
"Arti and I had a very serious accident on Wednesday night, but thanks God we only had physical injuries. We have been in total compliance with the traffic rules, but suddenly a car came in our lane at a very high speed and we could not avoid the accident. For us, the important thing is that we are alive", wrote Elshani.
Furthermore, the former sports director of Peja said that one of the injured is in a more serious situation. "They both survived, but one of them was in a slightly more serious situation and I hope that he will get over this situation as soon as possible. Nothing is worth before life, not even a car or anything else. We thank God for protecting us. I am so grateful to all of you for the endless messages you have sent me. I am honored to have so many friends and colleagues", said Elshani.
