The European Union and the Government of Kosovo have expressed differences over the continuity of the dialogue agenda with Serbia. The mediators of this process expect that the topic of establishing the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities be opened within this year, while the executive considers the issue of the missing persons by force during the war as an urgent issue, and a priority.

In the Kurti Government, they see as meaningless and unfounded the fear of the opposition for the implementation of the Association with executive powers, when the same have signed the agreement for the creation of a Serb-majority ethnicity. Meanwhile, experts on the dialogue process expect the Association to be among the first topics to be discussed at the next meeting in Brussels...
