The de-escalation of the situation in the north and the removal of the barricades is expected to pave the way for the return of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. According to those familiar with the dialogue process, the parties should focus on reaching an agreement on the normalization of relations based on the Franco-German plan by the end of March 2023. However, they cast doubts that the Serbian president, Aleksander Vucic, can use again barricades as a means to achieve goals in dialogue.
