The CEC releases the election turnout percentage and begins the counting process

The spokesperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valmir Elezi, said in a press conference that the electoral process throughout the day was mostly calm and without significant problems.

He also provided the percentage of citizens who voted in today's elections.

“The electoral process has been conducted in an orderly manner and without issues that would undermine its integrity. Based on preliminary data from 2,297 polling stations, or 90.68 per cent of the total 2,533, in the 2025 parliamentary elections for the Assembly of Kosovo, 40.04% or voters from 1,970,944 eligible voters participated. At the same time in the early elections for the Assembly of Kosovo, the turnout was 46.90 per cent” said Elezi.

He also mentioned that after 19:00, the counting of ballots for political entities began.
