The Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo (CDBK) joins the global, European and Kosovo campaign in support of Ukraine by calling for a boycott of the products of those who are committing genocide against the Ukrainian people and those who are supporting Russia such as Serbia, asking the EU, US and other countries to impose sanctions on Serbia as well.

The CDBK also urges businesses doing business with Serbia to immediately cease cooperation, given the continued and growing territorial claims that Serbia, in support of Russia, has of Kosovo, while still continuing to keep the Republic of Kosovo in the Constitution of Serbia. "Serbia is the only country in Europe that has not imposed sanctions on Russia, considering it its main ally", reads the CDBK statement. The CDBK supports the initiatives of Europe and the US and urges the Government of Kosovo to increase its commitment, so that the EU and the US can accelerate the procedures for Kosovo's accession to the EU and NATO, as a guarantee for increased security in the Balkans and Europe, and extinguishing the claims of Serbia and Russia for the partition of Kosovo and Bosnia. "Since its establishment, the CDBK has been constantly trying to support businesses, especially manufacturing ones, in order to replace Serbian products with local ones. Aiming to create space and comfort for the support of local products, as an organization in which hundreds of local businesses are registered, we are in support of the campaign to support local products. The best and most peaceful way to protect the country is by not buying anything made in Serbia, Russia and Belarus. Tens of thousands of Albanians, with international support, sacrificed their blood for Kosovo. The boycott of these products is the minimum we can do", reads the statement.
