The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is being asked not to rush the formation of the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian majority. Two days before the meeting with the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic in Brussels, where the draft statute of the Association will be discussed, Kurti is advised not to make mistakes in the steps for the Association, while Serbia is constantly violating the Ohrid agreement. However, the opposition in Kosovo appeals to the head of government that any draft statute for the Association be first sent for evaluation to the Constitutional Court. However, the Vetëvendosje Movement is determined that the Association will not have executive powers and that it will not be in conflict with the Constitution of Kosovo.

The expert on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process, Seb Bytyçi, tells KosovaPress that it is still early for the approval of the Association's statute, so Kosovo should not rush to implement some points of the Ohrid agreement, while Serbia is not implementing the same.
