The former chief negotiator of Kosovo in the talks with Serbia, Edita Tahiri, does not expect the final agreement to be signed in Brussels soon. Although she estimates that there will be a dynamization of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process, she emphasizes that Kosovo needs the state platform with red lines for the talks, for which she says Kurti should discuss with the opposition.
